Frank is a graduate of St. Louis University with a degree in Accounting.  He has 35 years experience in Senior Financial Management.  Over 25 years have been directly related to the construction industry (Fruin-Colnon 4 years – Corporate Accountant, Brooks Erection Company 10 years – V.P. Controller, Construction Accounting Services 10 years – Self Employed Consultant and O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc.).  Frank has also been involved with start-up, distribution and manufacturing companies.  At O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc., he is responsible for Financial Management, Corporate Compliance, Job Cost Reviews and Analysis, Strategic Planning, Business and Health Insurance, Contract Administration and Information Systems.
