O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc.’s commercial/education division is capable of offering design/build services, budgets and complete plumbing work on new commercial/education projects. This includes all water installations, sanitary and storm sewers as well as a complete line of sewer services using state of the art equipment for cabling drains, sewer line locates, camera video inspections and hyrdo-flushing.
We have a working knowledge of how educational institutions operate, and we can accomplish large scale plumbing projects on time and on budget. We have been nominated for our commercial/education work ten out of the last twelve years (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008, 2007, 2005, 2004, 2003), and selected winner five times for the Subcontractor of the Year in the MEP category (2013, 2008, 2007, 2005, 2004).
