Tear It UP-STL was an idea that came through discussions and frustrations from people in the Kirkwood community about the changing landscape. Older, smaller, more affordable housing is being purchased by builders to tear down and build newer, bigger, and more expensive homes.  With many young families looking to move back to neighborhoods with authenticity, a real sense of community. . . .Tear It UP-STL was born.

Led by Roeser Construction, we were honored when our friends reached out to us to see if we’d be interested to help with their project.  O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc. is now a proud team member of Tear It UP-STL and we are excited and very much looking forward to getting to work on Liz and Johnnie’s home!!
