Helpful tips to keep your plumbing working through those cold winter nights:

1.  Make sure all your garden hoses are disconnected at outside faucets.

2  If you have a separate shut-off valve inside for your outside faucets: turn valve off (clockwise), and open faucet outside to drain line.

3.  On super cold nights, open your kitchen cabinet doors under the sink. . .this little extra heat goes a long way when we are experiencing freezing temperatures.
