Karen has 26 years experience in the bookkeeping/accounting field.  She worked for an accounting firm for six years prior to joining O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc. in June 2003. She was the Controller for O.J. Laughlin until 2008, when she assumed the position of Assistant Project Manager. She is now responsible for coordinating all job accounting activities (monthly progress billings, monthly statements, collections, RFC’s, change orders, accounts payable review and processing), and job coordination (maintaining job files, material submittals, operation manuals, as builts and job closeouts).
