Dan Laughlin

Growing up in the family business started in 1951 by his Grandfather and then run for over 30 years by his Uncle, Bob Laughlin, Dan takes great pride in being a third generation of a family business.  Dan has 25 years experience with all phases of plumbing, including design/build capabilities.  Dan graduated from Parkway West High School and entered into his five year apprenticeship education, sponsored by Plumbers/Pipefitters Local 562.  Upon securing both his St. Louis City and St. Louis County plumbing licenses, he was promoted to Job Foreman and started to run O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company’s larger plumbing projects.  After five years of working as a Field Foreman, he was gradually brought into the office and trained to become both an Estimator and Project Manager.  In 2000, Dan was promoted to Vice President and became responsible for most commercial, industrial, medical, and health care projects.  He was solely responsible for all design/build projects.  On December 28, 2012, Dan and Bob Laughlin signed a purchase agreement giving Dan sole ownership of O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc.
