Steve started working for O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc. in October 1989 after serving his five year apprenticeship program with Plumbers/Pipefitters Local 562.  Steve graduated in 1997 and won the “Glen Speiser Memorial Award”, ranked as the Top Apprentice in his class.  Steve worked his way up to Field Foreman, and for five years was in charge of running some of O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc.’s larger jobs.  In April 2009, he was appointed Estimator and Project Manager and his responsibilities included bidding larger commercial jobs.
